Acoustic insulation fitter — Portage County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Portage County, Wisconsin. The job is at a busy building site. On the job you will handle: • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors Requirements: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
