Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service You will lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; clear and reset tables between covers; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
