In-process quality controller • Alleghany County, North Carolina

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Alleghany County, North Carolina. You will work in an automotive parts factory. Your main tasks: • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts What we are looking for: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping Rotating shifts.
