Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Your main tasks: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
