Great opportunity: we are hiring a site labourer in Southeastern Connecticut Planning Region, Connecticut. You should have: • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio Your main tasks: • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
