Steel fixer • Awka South, Anambra State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a steel fixer in Awka South, Anambra State. The job is on a commercial tower construction site. Your main tasks: • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder What we are looking for: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations Six days a week, one day off.
