Immediate opening: cold room technician (Virginia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cold room technician in Nelson County, Virginia. You will be based on a customer's rooftop chiller plant. Day to day you will charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture; clean condenser and evaporator coils; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system. Requirements: • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC Full-time, day shift.
