Trowel-trade bricklayer wanted in Logan County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Logan County, West Virginia. The job is on a busy housing site. Requirements: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks On the job you will handle: • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints 3+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
