Sand plant operator wanted in Atascosa County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Atascosa County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Basic grinding and fettling skills Your main tasks: • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
