Powder spray gun operator • Kendall County, Illinois

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Kendall County, Illinois. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime Your main tasks: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Full-time with occasional weekends.
