Now hiring: we are hiring a production welder in Bourbon County, Kentucky. The job is at an automobile body shop. On the job you will handle: • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator Requirements: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings 3+ years on the tools preferred.
