Great opportunity: trowel-trade bricklayer (Georgia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Heard County, Georgia. You will work at a renovation and extension job. The role involves: • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints Requirements: • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
