Great opportunity: glazing assistant (Georgia)

Now hiring: we are hiring a glazing assistant in Long County, Georgia. You will be based at a glass and aluminium factory. Day-to-day duties: • Fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames • Measure window and door openings and order glass to size • Glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass You should have: • Proven experience as a glazier or glass fitter • Physically fit, able to stand and lift throughout the shift Full-time with occasional weekends. $27 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
