Immediate opening: we are hiring an occupational health and safety officer in Barton County, Kansas. The job is on a high-rise building project. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces On the job you will handle: • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
