Urgent requirement: lift mechanic (Pennsylvania)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Bradford County, Pennsylvania. You will work in a residential tower block. You should have: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota The role involves adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
