Urgent requirement: aluminium fitter (Illinois)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an aluminium fitter in Putnam County, Illinois. Day-to-day duties: • Drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws • Cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw • Crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine • Fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels • Fabricate and fit aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding Ideal candidate: • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding and ladders • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes Full-time with occasional weekends.
