Prep cook • Uruan, Akwa Ibom State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a prep cook in Uruan, Akwa Ibom State. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. The role involves: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Full-time with occasional weekends.
