Your main tasks: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Score the top of loaves before baking You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics 3+ years on the tools preferred.
