Heavy equipment operator wanted in West Baton Rouge Parish

Now hiring: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in West Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a plant hire yard. The role involves: • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects Ideal candidate: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
