Glass fitter — Racine County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a glass fitter in Racine County, Wisconsin. The job is at a double glazing firm. Day to day you will cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers; apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass; read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts; work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders; measure window and door openings and order glass to size; replace cracked or broken window panes. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height with scaffolding and ladders • Proven experience as a glazier or glass fitter At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
