Head baker wanted in Lincoln County

Now hiring: we are hiring a head baker in Lincoln County, Idaho. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Day to day you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Contact us to fix an interview.
