Urgent requirement: bar bender and fixer (North Carolina)

Join our team: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Gates County, North Carolina. The job is on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. Your main tasks: • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust Requirements: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations Meals and transport allowance provided.
