The role involves: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Part-time with flexible hours.
