The role involves: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
