Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Day to day you will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
