Vacancy available: we are hiring a HSE officer in Stoke-on-Trent, England. The role involves: • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height What we are looking for: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements Full-time, day shift.
