Immediate opening: we are hiring a production line operative in DeKalb County, Missouri. On a typical shift you will log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position. Ideal candidate: • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
