Shuttering carpenter — Hartley County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Hartley County, Texas. You will work on a residential tower site. What we are looking for: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing On a typical shift you will cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $22 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
