Join our team: we are hiring a meat cutter in Eilean Siar, Scotland. You will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; season and marinate meat on request; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
