The role involves patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings. Requirements: • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
