Glazing assistant wanted in Columbia County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a glazing assistant in Columbia County, Wisconsin. The job is at a double glazing firm. On a typical shift you will cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers; clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film; install toughened and laminated safety glass; apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass; read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts; glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions. What we are looking for: • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand • Able to cut glass accurately to size Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
