We are recruiting: we are hiring an AC mechanic in Ontonagon County, Michigan. The job is at an air conditioning service centre. Your main tasks: • Wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator • Cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines • Insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving • Core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping • Run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall • Braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Presentable and polite with customers on site Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $28 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
