We are recruiting: we are hiring a head butcher in Mai'Adua, Katsina State. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers On a typical shift you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. Pay around ₦10,000 per day, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
