What we are looking for: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection Day-to-day duties: • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
