Join our team: production line operative (Indiana)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a production line operative in Henry County, Indiana. You will be based on a production line. On a typical shift you will keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Punctual with reliable attendance • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
