Immediate opening: we are hiring a production line operative in Macoupin County, Illinois. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Day to day you will top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier.
