Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Clark County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Clark County, South Dakota. Day to day you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
