Join our team: we are hiring an oven operator in Beltrami County, Minnesota. You will work in a bread factory. Day to day you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Full-time, day shift.
