You should have: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Able to read and match factory paint codes The role involves prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours.
