On the job you will handle: • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application You should have: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding We offer $5,500 per month plus benefits.
