Coating plant operator — Ile Oluji/Okeigbo

Immediate opening: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Ile Oluji/Okeigbo, Ondo State. You will work in a busy paint shop. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Day-to-day duties: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around ₦70,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
