Your main tasks: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
