You should have: • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes On a typical shift you will cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms.
