Meat cutter — Wilkes County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat cutter in Wilkes County, North Carolina. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers On the job you will handle: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain $21 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
