Immediate opening: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Hennepin County, Minnesota. You will work in an automotive parts factory. The role involves: • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer Ideal candidate: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
