Urgent requirement: we are hiring a canteen cook in Isabella County, Michigan. Day to day you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down.
