Powder spray gun operator wanted in Logan County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Logan County, Illinois. The job is at a powder coating unit. Day-to-day duties: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
