Immediate opening: we are hiring a window glazier in Presidio County, Texas. You will be based at a glazing and fabrication factory. The role involves check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads We offer $260 per day plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
