Heavy goods vehicle driver — Pittsylvania County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a heavy goods vehicle driver in Pittsylvania County, Virginia. The job is at a container freight yard. Requirements: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence The role involves: • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
