Shuttering fixer • Windsor County, Vermont

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Windsor County, Vermont. You will be based on a busy high-rise construction site. You will check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured. Requirements: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
